I totally forgot. BUT THEY STILL WON GAME 6 AND 7
Pat Riley's Lakers I believe went through something like this too

Obviously it isn't the Finals
But it can be done.

Then I guess that's it. We will probably be seeing our team's season end in a blowout with hopeless looks on their faces, just waiting for it all to end.
This team simply cannot OVERCOME, no matter what they have said.

@IzzyESPN: “@raylloret: @IzzyESPN Do you agree with Spo's assessment that it wasn't "fair" to have bosh in late?” No. You play your best options.

As a Laker fan, I just have to correct this. Game 5 was in Boston and Game 6 was in LA. Remember, the Finals go to a 2-3-2 format. Just wanted to point that out.DefenseWins wrote:I remember in 2010, the Celtics did just this, but they got blown out on their home floor by the Lakers in game 6 (Lakers lost at home in game 5), and Lakers won in game 7.

I will get flamed for this comment, and maybe it's frustration talking... but...
I see that LeBron James is a front runner who gets frustrated when things go bad, and internally gives up. He does this because, in his mind, he is being taken for granted, he thinks he is doing enough to win, and if he feels his team is sucking,,, he gets pissed off and gives up. If he feels his team has lost control, and he really has doubts about his team coming back, the guy gives up mentally.
I don't see that in Wade. Let's ignore all of Wade's history, just in Game 6 of the Finals last season, Wade was out there blocking Dirk's shots at the rim, doing everything and anything in the 4th quarter to win the damn game, while LBJ couldn't score 1 point and looked passive.
LeBron is a front runner. He has frustration issues, imo.
Against the Pacers, LeBron was confident in the final moments of Game 3 when the Heat were about to go down 2-1 because he felt the Heat were the better team.
but when he feels otherwise.....he quits.

Everybody in the gotdamn NBA is a front runner. This dude have putting massive minutes and have right to be frustrated. Lebron is shooting the ball, its just his shoots are not falling.
but when he feels otherwise.....he quits.
