Beal dropped to 7th spot on NBADraft.net, I think it depends on Cavs lets say they select MKG than Beal could slip even to 8th. Feels like Reviving Hope.

What's funny is that I had lunch with Terrence Ross' agent yesterday. We talked about every possible scenario. Toronto never came up.

Bradley Beal: Honestly, it doesn't. I just want to go to the right team, the team that fits me best. It doesn't matter if I'm number eight in the draft or lower than that. Just as long as I'm going to the right team, that's what matters the most.

NBAdraft.net has had Beal at 7 for a while. I've been saying this over and over Beal will not drop to us. I highly doubt he goes outside of the top 3 and if so he won't get past 5. I have nothing wrong with hoping someone falls to us but this is just giving us false hope unless we trade up. Better chance Barnes drops to us.

Barnes is going 2nd or 4th. I know that it's small possibility of getting Beal but still higher than getting Barnes.

If he fell to 8 even I wouldn't trade him still. I'd use Ed JJ our 2nds and a 2013 pick to target any1 of Gay / Iggy / Granger

Sign Nash or Dragic and den its go!!

2nd??? I bet that Cleveland rather take Beal at 4, they are just speculating he won't be there. There is no way obtaining Beal is a better chance then obtaining Barnes.

Well it is. I bet Toronto Raptors would also prefer Barnes over Beal.

Well it's not. Beal is the BPA when it comes between the 2. Hoping the 4 or so teams ahead of us in Barnes range select off of need over BPA is hogwash.

No way is Beal going to last after 5. Barnes is rumoured to be going at 4, and I see MGK going at 3. For some strange reason, I think Jordan will gamble on a big and might just take Drummond second overall. Beal could have been ours if we just lost two more games and did not go 6-8 in the last month. That is for an another day. I think he will be a better player than Barnes though. I might be an idiot for thinking that though.

I think at most 6th.
I would have
1) Davis - Consensus first overall pick
2) Drummond - Charlotte, Portland (willing to trade up), Cleveland (willing to trade up)
3) MKG (assume his value stays) - Washington, Sacramento
4) Barnes (assume Cleveland will pick him at worst) - Washington, Cleveland, Sacramento
5) TRob - Consensus top 5 (Sacramento is stacked at SG, and they prefer SF/PF)
6) Beal - Consensus top 5

Forget Beal slipping guys!

Anthony Davis indicated on Thursday it is “not set in stone” that the New Orleans Hornets will select him first overall in the draft.

Fingers crossed Davis slips to us! The first few teams might be looking at guards/sf's so he might slip :D

Well...I'd say it's about the same chances Beal ends up at #8
