Sprained my ankle bad yesterday and continued to play ball like a fool. My ankle looks like a tennis ball.

I'm taking Ibuprofen, icing for 20 minutes every 2 hours and keeping it elevated. Does anyone have any tips for rehabbing? LaLa, Gek?

That thing has been around here in LA for a long time. They even had a 50 for $10 for a while

Yeah they had the 50 for $10 a while back here too, but just recently they started showing the 20 for $5 commercials. LA always gets stuff before we do, mcnuggets, earthquakes, gay marriage.

Last time I was in CT/NY they had the 5 for 20 mcnugget deal. It was close to a year ago. Love sneaking those into theatres.

and btw mcdonalds is like ridiculously overpriced in canada, it's like 10 something for a 6 pc nugget meal.
