Spo not playing Bosh in the 4th was one of the MOST frustrating things I've ever experienced.

Once again, A player plays phenomenal and on a roll, Spo decides to take him out or call a timeout(Game 3, LeBron.)

I'm starting to think if you walked in on Wade bonning your wife, you guys would find some way to say "Do you not know what Wade was doing just before just after all-star break? No way that guy was just now on top of my wife"

Its like you guys turn your heads away from the T.V whenever he takes a shot outside the paint. Rondo made like ten 16-foot jumpers in game 2. When was the last time you saw Wade do that?

Way to overreact on a small sample size in form of a playoff series while ignoring the facts of an entire season. Rondo had one good shooting game and that was based on us giving him a ton of space, the kind of space Wade rarely ever sees. It's foolish to call Rondo a better jump shooter than Wade when Wade has been better all season long. If you wanna analyze two players' ability to hit outside shots, all the games in a season matter, not just the ones you wanna pick to support your point. Aside of that, Wade and the team have much bigger problems anyways.

fronting KG doesn't work simply b/c Chalmers doesn't harass the hell outta Rondo on the entry pass. you cannot give Rondo that unobstructed line of sight & expect him NOT to lob it in to KG. that's beyond absurd. and Chalmers always has his hands out....and not up. it's frustrating as hell to watch!!!!!

i don't understand why Spo never put Pittman in to waste a few fouls on KG. at least he has height, which Turiaf & Joel do not. James Jones had no business playing as many minutes as he did last night in the 4th. he wasn't hitting anything on the offensive end & he goofed on @ least 2 critical plays. fouling KG on an And-1 & missing the rebound. i know Mike was probably very hurt, but James Jones brought NOTHING to the table. he was almost like the Joel Anthony of wing players. ugh!!!

i have no expectations now for Game 6. however, i don't wanna see Miami lay down & play dead. or roll over & just give up. as i watched last night in the 2nd Q, i told my friend ".....even with this 10-pt lead.....i'm not comfortable. Miami should be up more. they should be blowing Boston outta the water. how can they not be? Pierce, Allen & Rondo are having horrific games so far. they need to take advantage of that." and sure enough......they allowed Boston to stick around.

i'm not sure what they need to ever FULLY reach their potential. a part of me feels cheated when I listen to Doc's "Wired" segments...or Popp's....or hell, even Doug Collins'. even if i'm pulling against their teams.....i, as an opposing fan, believe that their team will pull through. Spo does not do that for me. he comes across more like the CEO's son.......who just so happens to be filling in while his Dad's on vacation. you don't wanna outright disrespect him but you just nod & smile b/c of the "position he holds".

if Miami should fall short in this series, i wouldn't be surprised if Bosh gets traded. just a feeling i have.

Rondo isn't a better shooter than Wade LOL.

Wade gets doubled, unlike Rondo who gets all the room in the world because this team's strategy against Rondo is stupid.

Rondo is 27% from 15 feet, 39% from 16-23 though I'm sure Wade has taken more shots than Rondo.

Wade is 43% from 15 feet.

But anyway, Wade just sucks this series (though has the whole playoffs besides some good games), but it's his jumper man.

It'd suck if it's his knee. He has been injured too much... I don't even know how he got injured.

Defenders always give Wade at least 4 feet of Space. If Wade can go on 20 game shooting slumps, I take that as he has no jumper. On top of everything, he has to be in rhythm, with the ball in his hands for him to even make a jumper. Catch and shoot? Forget about it.

Your analysis is interesting in this thread. The only guy on the team who is being blitzed on every pick and roll and as soon as he touches it in the post is not being guarded outside of 10 feet? Interesting. If anyone gets a ton of space on his jump shot, its LeBron. A lot of it he creates thru triple threat. Wade does not get a lot at all. What they are doing is pressuring the ball with him and shading everyone towards him when he has the ball. With LeBron, they are giving up space and daring him to shoot the open jumper.

Its true that neither our SG or SF are consistent jump shooters, but with a well planned offense and their physical abilities and skill, this should not matter.

Man... It's crazy to go back to the feeling we all felt after game 5. I really thought it was over, like a lot of us did. In hindsight, that game 5 loss set up one of the greatest, most historic playoff performances in NBA history by LBJ.

It's the darkest before the dawn... And man, did it feel dark after this game. Interesting to take a look back.

This is why people can't discredit this Heat run because of the Big 3 or the lockout. I know Bosh came back for this game, but not having him the previous 9 took out a lot out of LeBryane. This team really whooped adversity's ass this postseason.

I'll admit.. I mentally prepared that it was over. The day after game 5... Just couldn't shake that we blew it. Lebron saved the season.. And possibly the Big 3 era.

Agree. I didn't post in this thread previously, but I too tnoght maybe our guys were mentally weak as a unit. Fact is, they proved more then ever how mentally tough they are and it will only help in the coming years. From losing Bosh, going down(while wade played through bad knee) 1-2 and winning the next 3(2 on the road), going down 2-3 to Boston... Having to face elimination IN BOSTON, then from down 0-1 in the Finals to winning the next 4.

Incredible title Run to look back on.. With all the adversity the team faced.

Heat will win this series. Book it. Tattoo it on your ass. As soon as tickets to game 7 go on sale I'll be buying me a seat so I can see the Heat get handed their third conference championship trophy. Then I plan to buy tickets to game 5 of the finals to watch them win it all! Get on board or GTFO!

How scarily accurate Heat3's prediction was.

He said this hours before game 6, when most of the board were mentally preparing themselves for the seemingly imminent lost to the C's. Blind fate or Nostradamus like powers? Either way I applaud you man.
