He has to say that and Roy is always going to take the classy route, remember how many times he said he wanted to stay in TO, but I wouldn't be suprised if deep down he would really like to win that elusive championship here.
The irony is, the Jays might get that championship before the phillies, depending on how long the glue holds in the city of brotherly love.

Halladay's situation is quite hilarious because he finds himself in the exact same situation that he was in just 2 years ago. Ultimately, he is gonna play out his contract and sign with the Yankees after 2013 (assuming Phillies don't exercise the option). Which kind of proves the point that everyone succumbs to the dark side eventually.

If he wants to win a championship, there's no better place than NYY. Although I think he may get dealt to a different team in the summer of 2013 if the Phillies aren't winning.
