The Golden State Warriors select Enes Kanter.

Kanter will be 20 years old next year and gives us a lot of size inside. He was one of the best rebounders on a per minute basis in the league as a rookie. The Warriors will give him way more minutes that he was seeing in Utah. Chris Paul will find ways to get him easy buckets until he's developed more post moves.

Crap. I was hoping for Kanter to slip to 5.5 to round out my starters. Been considering him off and on since the late 3nd, but figured he was more likely to slide than my previous picks.

Ah, well. If I took him, I probably wouldn't have gotten Stuckey. Win some, lose some.

Sorry. I probably would have taken him at 5.4 (pick right before you) had I not taken him here. I guess it's better I didn't use that pick on him haha.

If it makes you feel any better, I wanted Kaman. I thought about trying to move up in the 4th to get him, but you took him before I could.

You're right, that'd have been much worse.

That's one of the fun things about this game: you get to see just who agrees and disagrees with you as to which players (especially as you get deeper) have more in the tank, and even when someone takes your guy, it's still cool to know that you aren't the only one who sees value in them.

Sorry about the Kaman thing (not really, but you know what I mean. :P ) I wouldn't have taken him in the 4th if Garnett hadn't gone 3 picks before I was up in the 3rd, so it kind of rolls downhill from there.

Just wait until the morning to make it. The time slot will end after mahorn, and you're usually up pretty early anyway.
