Yanks (34-25) @ HOTlanta Braves (34-26)

Post#1 » by Dr. Detfink » Mon Jun 11, 2012 3:55 pm

After that abysmal week in May, the Yanks have climbed themselves out of a tie with the fecal water slide called the Boston Red Sox...STILL, I am not convinced this is a good team. Lot of problems on this team but as St. Louis proved, parity (or mediocrity) in MLB is here...

The Mets always struck me a nice team on the way down. Good story for a scrappy team but the young Braves are a team, I am VERY interested in seeing how the Yanks match up...

Nova vs Delgado: Beauty contest between ERA studs
Sabbathia vs Minor: CC should bounce back.
Kuroda vs. Hudson: Fascinating match up.

LET'S GO YANKS!

Yanks on top 3-0...

Oh btw AJ Burnett is 6-2. Another prediction in the books. Good luck AJ. Good teammate.

long needs to get fired. Cant fire the team but you can fire the hitting coach for a team that never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever produces with runners in scoring position and less than 2 outs.

You also can't fire a guy who gets shrugged off by multi milliinaires.

Deep down inside, I was kind of hoping for A-Rod never to hit another GS for the rest of his life so Gehrig could hold onto that alone.

Nevertheless, go Yankees!

Mets PUMMELED David Price and the Rays...

And a good one in ATL. Kuroda holds the Braves till the run support finally pushes it to 3-2 Yanks heading into the 8th.

just got home from the game, kuroda pitched well and made that one mistake to McCann, but then the next inning Grandy hits that two run homer to give us the lead for good.. Not happy with the braves fans booing jeter....

cano had a rough night...

Great win...

It rained most of the game.. that sucked...
