Looks like he made his money with Apple and a business. Good for him.

I think the Grizz have a lease until 2020 or later so if he wants to move, it'll be several years. Will be interesting to see what he does with the team; a young guy like him I can see wanting to control everything. I know I would.

The grizz are the only NBA team within about 400 driving miles. There's a huge area there really. If they go, I think a team might be put in Louisville, Kentucky, who have been talking about getting an NBA quality arena and working towards getting a team.

EDIT: The article on realgm also says he doesn't intend to move it so I'd go with that.

We have a Boston Terrier named Gus who is about 2 years old. He's a champ but man alive can he clear a room!

That is all.

Carry on.

http://zigsports.wordpress.com/2012/04/ ... -happened/

However, I suggested an alternative to a heel lift if they truly believed that a shorter right leg was a contributing factor to his knee injuries. The solution, for an athlete with Greg’s height and leg length, an entire shoe lift (orthopedic shoe on the right side) would reduce the sheer forces in the joint and keep Greg healthy while he continued the rehab.

You can imagine the laughter that filled the restaurant from the table. “No one wears a shoe lift,” one staffer replied. “That’s crazy. Where would we get one?” To which I replied, “Hey Nike is Greg’s shoe sponsor and they are right down the street. I’m sure they could customize a shoe lift for one of their star athletes if it keeps him healthy.” To my knowledge, no shoe lift was ordered for Greg.

absolutely. the questions is, should we do a current player scavenger hunt, another retro scavenger hunt or both? i am partial to the retro scavenger hunt personally. i think this year i'd limit it to players who entered the league in 1977 (post ABA merger) or later, so we can get more random 80s and 90s guys. :)

we will start in July.

I think we should have an all-time draft. The "retirees only" draft was fun, but it'd be crazy thinking of the arguments people would have about how the old guys would mesh with the current ones

Kobe and Larry Legend

Yeah it was pretty awkward when guys tried to say Bob Cousy would suck in today's NBA, or that Wilt couldn't play Center, or whatever. For that reason, an All-Time draft (post 1977) might be a better idea. Too many people don't hold respect for the older players.
