I don't see him ending up here. He's not a Cho pick by any respect and apparently MJ is down on him. He's someone who "experts" will think will end up here, but I would be borderline shocked if he was the pick.

not many responses because MKG isnt as polarizing as the other guys i guess. i think we all recognize he will be a good player, maybe not great. could do much worse, probably can do better. very meh.

I seriously doubt MKG becomes a bobcat.

i think he is more likely to be a bobcat than beal or drummond. the media keeps reporting three things with us
1) bobcats will take MKG
2) bobcats will take Thor
3) bobcats will trade pick for players or more picks

we will have a lot more info once the workouts start though. things could change quickly once they see these guys in a workout setting and have the chance to really pick their brains.

MKG is just a boring individual and a boring basketball player. I hope we don't get him.

I see MKG as a similar pick to T-Rob. We know both will be very good players, but they are "safe picks". Let's swing for the fences and select the guy with higher potential. Drummond and Biyombo could be a really good duo, much more so than Thor/Biz which is quite undersized. If we're going to go with a "safe pick", trade down and get two or three safe picks in the 10-20. There are plenty of them there.

thor and biz are undersized and drummond and biz are pathetic offensively. pick your poison.

regardless, as we have said a 100 times on this board, we can't make picks based on how we think they will mesh with biz. as much as we all love biz, he still hasnt proven he can be a starting quality player on a good team. his spot in the future starting lineup is not a given.

They are pathetic offensively NOW. Drummond has the physical tools to be very good or even dominant on both ends of the floor like Howard or Bynum. I don't see T-Rob ever being dominant and both Drummond and Biz are extremely young with lots of time to improve their offensive games. You can't teach size.

True but how much difference would he make here without being a natural scoring threat? Intangibles can only take one so far...

He's a super-duper role player.

A great value mid-lotto, but at #2? I just don't see it.

Watching those highlights he reminds me of Corey Maggette when he was at Duke. (offensively)

i find it ironic that they use iggy has his best case and gerald wallace as his worst case. am i the only one that would take a prime crash over a prime iggy?
