Mindaugas Kupsas

Post#1 » by texasholdem » Tue Jun 19, 2012 3:14 pm

He's another 21 year old, 7'0, 250lb Lithuanian big man and he's draft eligible this year.
Might be worth buying a second rounder to get him.

He and Motiejunas might be our frontcourt of the future. Reach 9'-2"
Wingspan 7'-2". Looks like a nice shotblocker and has some post moves too.

draftexpress listed him as 7'1" w/o shoes and 7'1.5" w/ shoes
only .5" more w/ shoes? what kind of shoes is he wearing???
7'2.25" wingspan, short for his height
9'4" standing reach, pretty good
bench press 5 -.- is he's going to survive in the nba playing center?

Yeah I was thinkning he looked flabby but with NBA trainers may get him an NBA body. He has the frame and room to grow

Oh I agree and some what stated that in the first post. When I say size up I mean so he can actually play the low post in the NBA not dunk.

I think he would be worth a late second if he is still there. Maybe we hope he turns into a Marc Gasol

You sure you were looking at #49 not #69? I didn't see him getting pushed around at all in that video except maybe at 3:52 when his arm is obviously being held by Meyers Leonard (#14) and he's trying to get a foul call.

it's him
pay close attention to his position for rebound
these are against under 19 players
imagine against nba players
i don't see good basketball body language in him

Meyers Leonard, Tony Mitchell and Patric Young are all likely first round picks (this and next year). It's not like he was playing against USA nobodies. and he is only a year older than they were/are so he still has time to improve.

Motiejunas withdrew from the draft in 2009 and 2010.

Oh well, lock up this thread mods.
