He's mentioned that. He's mentioned they could move Klay to the 3. I think Jerry West really likes Waiters. A lot of talk they make take Zeller there too.

Look at his TO rate, it is almost nonexistent. I know Por will take him, but you never know...We worked him out; he could fall to us if Portland goes Drummond and Rivers

Now you guys want to talk about Lillard, but no one commented on this post way before Chad Ford and Canzano :-?

But whateva

I think Lillard is going at 6 to Portland. No point really thinking about him.

Some of Chad Ford's notes from today....

UConn wing Jeremy Lamb hasn't worked out since suffering a high ankle sprain early in a workout with the Raptors on June 14. High ankle sprains usually take several weeks to fully heal. However, it looks like Lamb is thinking about restarting draft workouts this weekend or early next week. Several teams, including the Blazers and Suns, are clamoring to get him in. The Raptors, too, would like another shot at seeing him for a full workout.

• If Tyler Zeller and Meyers Leonard are both off the board when the Bucks draft at No. 12, don't be surprised if they switch gears and focus on adding a wing. Lamb, Terrence Ross and Moe Harkless are all in consideration there.

Damian Lillard has drawn comparisons to Derrick Rose....I have never watched Lillard play so anyone here have any insight on that?

Paul Coro‏@paulcoro
Kendall Marshall is working out again today in PHX but he won't be the only one getting a second look. Arnett Moultrie is slated for Sunday.

Please, Moultrie no. I think Zeller and him would be the worst selections, they clearly do not have star potential, olders than the majority.

I wouldnt mind drafting with later 1st, thats if we buy one.

But with 13th pick, i think he is a reach.

I really hope that we add a wing with the first pick.

Hmm........ Nash doesn't return and Gortat trade= Boston's 21 and 22 or Houston's 14 and 16 = Marshall and Moultrie enter as the replacement players.

Like it was already stated; there is no way we don't draft a wing, otherwise our front office is taking us for granted like Obama does the black vote  I am not putting up with this crap!!

Waiters
Ross
Lamb
or
Rivers

PERIOD!!!

We took Lopez. Kief and Clark (I wanted him :( ) up the arse!! NO MORE!!

All of the wings in this draft have the potential to be all stars.....and be bigtime performers on title teams in one way or another. Everything I read on these guys say they are legit. If they bust I am cool with that, but go average, AGAIN?!!

We are like the guy with no confidence who always asks the ugly girls out (playing it safe saving ourself from rejection and a mental breakdown). We haven't torn our front office a new one, because we KNEW we shouldn't expect much from our picks, because it was number 13 (14 for Lopez); trying to bring a pro ready player in to compete, F that, those days are over!!!! They plant that seed in our heads to mind F*&k us!!

I am tired of watching other teams young rosters grow...... Hell, Portland tanked and got #6 and #11..what the hell is wrong with us?

I'd rather suck and watch Rivers go for 45 pts 3 assts 1 Reb and 7 Tos, than draft such marginal players!! Get me PJ3 over those guys....I am tired of this sh%t...

Hey I think I read where Earl Clark is opting out to become a free agent. We could bring him back too.

Do not think these two are getting a second look for the #13 spot. That would be a reach. i think the Suns have their eye on these two for a possible later pick. I think we'll see the Suns obtain a later 1st round pick from one of the many teams that want to move one.

Pretty sure we could bring Taylor Griffin back from the Globetrotters too. Let's trade Lopez for him. Globetrotters could dress him up like a clown, since that's what he is.

Kendall Marshall is seriously considered for the 13th pick? Why?

Gortat/13 for Harden. Do you think we'd have to throw in a Dudley-Perk swap?

Just watched Kerr talk about GS f**king us on Curry. :o

NBATV had a show on called NBA TV Draft HQ, and they had Kerr, Mike Fertello, and Ron Thompson, and they all were talking about draft mistakes that they made. Kerr said we were really high on Jrue Holiday, and were going to draft him. We were then talking to GS about trading up to #7. The deal was not consummated, but was in the works when they drafted Curry, who we wanted. Since we thought we had Curry, we passed on Jrue because we didnt need another PG (Nash/Curry/Dragic) and opted to go with Earl Clark.

He then said, "Oops.". :(

Funny thing was, earlier in the show, they were talking about draft smokescreens, and Fertello cut everybody off and said Don Nelson was the smokescreen MASTER! He said, " Whatever Don Nelson tells you is a lie". Never trust Nelly.

Don Nelson screwed the Suns... my understanding back then was that Warriors GM and FO agreed with Suns FO for No.7 (Curry) but Don Nelson changed his mind and decided to keep the pick.

Can anyone remember exactly what the Suns were going to trade for No.7...?? Was Stat part of it?
