Bingo. And since Dwill is a texas native he would have even more inscentive

Anyone who says Lowry isn't worth a lottery pick is borderline insane, Lowry's young, has a reasonable contract for now, and is a borderline all star. He is by far the most underrated perimeter defender in the NBA (now that Iggy is finally getting recognized), he's a great rebounder for a PG, is a very good passer, the only thing he lacks is a mid range game but other than that he is the complete package. I'd much rather have him than Lillard. I am a Toronto fan second (because I am a big Casey fan) and hope they can get him.

That's way too much to give up for the 8th pick. Kyle Lowry is one of the best PGs in the league.

If they somehow get Dwight, I don't see why he wouldn't want to sign there

 Not really

CP3
Rondo
DRose
Steve Nash
DWill
Russell
Tony Parker
Kyrie Irving
Ty Lawson
Stephen Curry when healthy

are all better IMO and let's not forget some young guns that can easily be better than Lowry.

Lowry easily belongs to that group, perhaps over guy like Lawson and Curry is never heathy and even if he is, I don't see how Lowry is a worse player.

He's better than Curry (Curry is injury prone so when healthy doesn't apply). I'd take him over Irving and Lawson right now, but at worst they're on the same level. He's still one of the best PG in the NBA and he was the best player for a team with a winning record.

This sounds like a LOT has to happen for this deal to go down. HOU's GM always seems to be orchestrating these crazy complicated trade scenarios and they never materialize. He's like a realgm poster with these trades he comes up with, lol.

Lowry to TO for 8

14/16 to SAC for 5

5 and 8 for Howard

c'mon, the odds of all of that happening are slim at best. If I had to bet I'd say HOU is still picking 14 and 16 come draft night.

Woah what are you doing including Nash in that? Did you not see the Suns play this season? Particularly the times when Nash isn't on the floor and a .500 team looks worse than the Bobcats?

Don't forget we have a cabinet full of productive players on cheap contracts that can also be traded. Morey knows what he's doing (Boston Big 3).

Nash is definitely better but I think at this point in his career, I think Lowry might have more value. You're right, I should take him off the list.

By that logic, why did you highlight Kyrie Irving? He's arguably the better player at the moment and has more value going forward.

Ty Lawson is more of a tossup, but I feel he's still the better player. More efficient scorer with more upside IMO.

I was trying to highlight players that aren't better than Lowry IMO. Shouldn't have included Nash, my fault for the confusion.
