Why isn't Joe Paterno in jail

He and penn state coaching staff tryed to cover up lil boys getting rapped. They knew about a major crime and didnt alert the authorities. Thats conspiracy, he was the guy in charge he hired that man put those kids in that situation, he should be held accountable and die I'm jail .k

Those emails are quite damning of those in authority at the time.

And the results are in...ahem...envelope please...USC will still be the most penalized program for lack of institutional control. Bypassing north carolina, miami, and now the evil one on trial in happy valley...
