what makes the Spurs a great organization is that they are able to finds gems in the draft with low draft picks like Manu, Parker, Scola, George Hill, etc.
Ferry has shown that he has a horrible draft history with the Cavs and have not been able to consistently get talent in the second round like the Spurs are known for.

Boobie Gibson, Shannon Brown, JJ Hickson and Danny Green are all rotation players in the league and the highest pick amongst them was Hickson at 19. Not wow players but they aren't hanging out in Israel either with Pape Sy, Acie Law, David Andersen, Salim Stoudamire, Cenk Akyol, Keith Benson and Sergiy Gladyr either.
