2 first round picks, Marshon Brooks, Anthony morrow for the #2 pick, as well as taking back a terrible contract.

That would be two future 1sts, which I'm not sure about. I would pass, especially because Brooks and Morrow become redundant with Gordon. Still though, goes to show that there are other offers out there and potentially what they may be like. Of course, assuming it's even true. I don't think Cho will trade us out of position to take either of TRob, MKG, or Barnes. Somehow, one of those three guys will be in a Bobcat uniform.

Billy King must be desperate. Throwing every single one of his assets in one basket to move all the way up.

I think he's trying to get a 0 man roster at the start of training camp.

Hes probably trying to move up to the #3 and then hoping to flip that and lopez for Howard and pray Williams resigns with the Nets.

Thats what I would try to do atleast.

If Chris Grant trades 4 and 24 just to move up two places, he will need to move to Charlotte!

Cavs should take MKG or Barnes at 4.
Use the 24 and both 2nds to move up an get a center.

Billy King, you so crazy. He sounds so desperate; we should milk him for more. I'm thinking Jay-Z autographs and crates of AK's for the fans.

Anyway, if we had Morrow, Brooks, and Gordon on the same team; I think I'd die from happiness.

Suns fan here.

Would you be open to trading your pick to us for Markieff Morris, #13 and Top 10 Protected Pick in 2013?

We'll also take back Tyrus Thomas?

#13 is just a little too far back. We get out of the demi-god tier of 2-6, which we'd probably like to stay in.

I suppose you could sucker in Bryan Colangelo into taking Tyrus Thomas monstrosity of a contract and get #8 in the process...

But you would definitely have to take Calderon for this year.

For you: stay in top 10, rid yourself of
Tyrus Thomas
$8,000,000 2012/2013
$8,694,215 2013/2014
$9,388,430 2014/2015

for us: a better chance at a franchise wing in beal/barnes or a chance to become the toronto power forwards with ty thomas/ thomas robinson! yay!

David Aldridge mentioned that the Cavs are offering #4, #24 and Varejao for #2 but the Bobcats aren't interested - which I am happy about. Varejao's contract sort of sucks.

#8 is too far to trade back IMO.

If it was for #4 I would be down.

basically wed be paying you 2.5mill per spot to move up :P for some reason i think this wont fly in the toronto board

i sincerely doubt you would get any better offers.

paying 26 million to move up two spots? even 15 million is a stretch. who are your trading partners who would take ty thomas? this draft is a crapshoot from 2-10 and thats the reason your staff wants to trade.

Can't look at it as how much it might cost, you have to look at it as how much the talent improves from #8 to #2

He also mentioned Mavs are trying like hell to clear instant cap space to take a run at Deron.

I'd take Vince off their hands at the cost of the #17 pick.

His contract is unguaranteed anyways.

Or I would take the #17 and a future 1st to take Marion off their hands.

They're saying the Bobcats seemed focused on trading down, getting rid of Tyrus, but still being in position to draft TRob. This points directly to Cleveland. Cleveland may had offered 2 for 4 + 34. But I'd be willing to bet that the deal on the table now is 2 + Thomas for 4 + 34.

I would be fine with 2 + Thomas for 4 + Varajao + 24. Varajao has 8.4 mill coming this year and 9.1 the following with a TEAM option after that. He's a productive player too, and a guy Higgins tried to get a couple years back. I wonder f Varajao was thrown in as an asset, or as a way to dump salary for Cleveland?
