I guess Dwight doesn't like Hakeem in his ear then, since his posse have said it's "no chance" that Dwight stays there if traded to Houston...

Magic GM Rob Hennigan isn't sure who of his limited staff will be in the war room with him on @NBA Draft Night.

Watch it be just Rob by himself sitting a chair in the room with one phone.

I don't know why, but this completely cracked me up.

Can't wait until tomorrow. If we just draft our pick and nothing else, or we're very active with trades, I don't care. I love this time of year and endure all the rumors and speculation. My work productivity is about to hit it's semi-annual low of ZERO.

so.....basically...this meeting with the media just regurgitated things we already knew.....though i came out feeling that we might choose the best player available if we stay at 19....which could be sullinger....man i don't want sullinger if we're planning on keeping Baby

go play in traffic...

Dude, Jones must have either completely DESTROYED his favorite college team....or he did BaunceyChillups wife...One of the two factors are in play here. Has to be connect to Jones in some way because no normal person would hate a player this much just by watching highlight videos.

i figured it out. he is a kansas state fan. on 3/8/12 PJ3 went for 31 pts, 11 rebs, and 2 blocks on 11/14 fg, 2/2 3's and 7/9 ft's on a 82-74 win over KSU.

I love Glen's intangibles, but he's probably got more value than JRich and Turk. If we could package Jameer or Redick + Davis + bad contract + draft pick, you gotta think that may be a good package for something. However, seeing how Rob says he wants players that love basketball and want to contribute to something bigger than themselves, Davis fits this bill all the way.

Best player available is best player available period..

Thunder got Jeff Green the same yr they got Kevin Durant.both played the same position..years down the road they turned Jeff Green into a player at the position they needed (Perkins at center)

BBD is going to be at the Magic draft party at Friendly Confines. How crazy would it be if he was there and got traded on draft night..

Mark Price has not been fired by Magic and will be the Magic Summer League coach. - Ping

I think this
Orlando Magic ‏@Orlando_Magic
GM Rob Hennigan: We are looking for players who love basketball and are committed to building something greater than themselves.

speaks to this
cedric76 wrote:John Denton ‏@JohnDenton555
New #Magic GM Rob Hennigan said he wants Jameer Nelson in an Orlando uniform next season. Jameer has to make opt-out decision by Friday.

possibly
Josh Robbins ‏@JoshuaBRobbins
Hennigan re: Jameer: "We hope that he decides to stay in Orlando, and we hope he is wearing a Magic uniform next season.”

or simply
Tony Mejia ‏@TonyMejiaNBA
Based on reports from Hennigan's media briefing, Ft Knox in place. #Magic wanting Jameer back no shock since expiring deal would be an asset

Rob is just as informative as Otis Smith.

I bet Price hopes Dwight gets traded so they stop putting the camera on his face every time Dwight shoots FTs in nationally televised games.

I just don't get these mock drafts, why would we draft a PF with Marshall still on the board ?
