Not a bad trade. If this means we draft a wing tomorrow, I'm all for it.

I'm still good with Lamb, Ross, or either Jones, but really want Lamb.
I also see zero chance we waive Dalembert.

This is why I don't think it means we definitely don't take a center, probably moving down two spots does , but if by some set of crappy circumstances that always seem to haunt Buck fans, one of those Centers slips I could still see the Bucks being interested.

Would like to see the Bucks draft Lamb/Ross with 14. Would be cool if they could trade for another first rounder and pick up either T. Jones/P. Jones III.

Huh.
Thanks for the info.
Won't knock your socks off.
Dalmbert is definitely not being waived by the Bucks.

Also, was wondering...what is the Houston Rocket's plan anyway? I doubt the Magic trades Dwight to them. Are they rebuilding and going young with prospects? Who will they draft at 12 now assuming they don't trade the pick(s)?

Not sure what the exact number is (Luke?) but I think the Bucks are around $31M in salary for 201-14. That's obviously not including a possible extension for Jennings but they are positioned to have some serious cap room. If only they could get rid of Gooden.

I feel better having 14 and Dalembert than having 12 and no Dalembert. Increases chances of not driving an Ivory Plodder. I'd be fine with anybody having Terrance or Jones in their name at that spot. Doubt Lamb makes it past 13 which sucks.

Waiving Dalembert to throw a huge contract at Kaman or Hawes seems like a VERY Bucks' move.

I now want to draft Perry Jones.
If not that then trade 14 for 20 and 21
Draft Sullinger and quincy Miller

Yup. Big cap space in 2013.

Re: #12, Brockman, Leuer, SL for #14, Dalembert
Dalembert was a BEAST last season. Love this deal, except for the whole trading Leuer thing...
The difference between #12 and #14 is minuscule, and this hopefully crosses Leonard, Zeller off our board. The bummer is that while we still have Monta for trading up, we'll likely see the BJ/Monta $wagsperiment intact going into next season.
T. Jones, PJ3, T. Ross and maybe even Lamb could all still be in play at 14.

Re: #12, Brockman, Leuer, SL for #14, Dalembert
I dont know if anyone has discussed this... but
If the trade is #12 Brock, Leuer, and Livingston for #14 and Dalembert... with Dalembert only guaranteed 1.5 million... do they cut him and make a big free agent play for Eric Gordon.
At 14 vs. 12 you probably are going to get Zeller anyways because the suns are looking guard i believe and Houston probably is planning on drafting someone that Milwaukee is not.
Go hard for Gordon, plan B Ray Allen... and draft a guy like Zeller or Melo (assuming they are in love with him) at 14?

Depending on who we draft is how this trade will be viewed. People act like Dalembert is a huge addition, but in all reality he is not that good anymore. People just see the name and think about the past. He is not the same as he used to be folks.

Could the shaving of salary mean that Kohl might be attempting to sell?
