If Connecticut center Andre Drummond falls to the Warriors at seven, expect the Warriors to call Houston and try to get out of the No. 7 pick. Houston wants Drummond as their center project. The Warriors don’t really want Drummond, but there are a couple of guys Golden State would want at picks 14 and 16, or even 18 (Houston owns all three of those picks).

Warriors have also talked with Milwaukee Bucks about moving down to the 12th slot. The Bucks are looking to move up to secure one of the big men they like (John Henson, Tyler Zeller). If Thursday, Milwaukee believes Henson and Zeller will be gone (leaving them stuck with less-ready Meyers Leonard or Jared Sullinger and his back concerns), Bucks GM John Hammond may take the bait. Golden State could get Luc Mbah a Moute in return or even get Ekpe Udoh back. I’ve got to think Mark Jackson would prefer Ekpe Udoh. He had Ekpe playing his best ball before the Warriors (reluctantly) traded him to Milwaukee.

Of course now Milwaukee is at 14, but I still wouldn't be surprised to see the Bucks offer one of those two guys (Udoh or Mbah a Moute) and 14 for 7, because they want Henson (regardless of getting Dally) and GS wants a sf (maybe Harkless, Jones, PJ3)

I doubt Warriors would trade before they are on the clock because there is a slight chance that Barnes or MKG fall to them, and they really just want to get a good 3.

I hope that Houston does pull this off and gets Drummond. They have the best chance of developing him, and I hate to see good potential go to waste.

I agree! The trade thread encompasses rumors, for there have only been a few actual trades to discuss, so most of it has been either rumors or fanterbation.

It should be merged, or we will have a ton of similar threads, where guys can't figure out where to post their opinions.

Basically I just want the latest tweets or news on here. I wanted this thread to stay away from people's trade ideas they come up with and pictures people post describing their emotional feelings on a subject.

The "trade thread" was 90 percent peoples trade ideas not actual trades that are rumored or actually going to happen. Hope that clears it up.

A draft rumor in a trade rumor only thread. Hmmmmmm......

Its a frustraing time for Suns fans, the draft always seems to bring out the worst in us, so im gonna let you slide on that last remark.
