they moved down from 12 to 14 but dumped Brockman/Livingston/Leuer, got a future 2nd, and some caaaash from Houston, and opened up 2 roster spots. Still should be able to get Lamb or Ross at 14.
Let's see what Houston can do with 12, 16, and 18.
