In your opinion who do you think suns hope to get at pick 13? Lamb,Marshall,Ross?

Paul Coro‏@paulcoro
Of those three, my guess is they favor Lamb.

$50 bucks says Suns make typical, conservative draft by picking up another PF (probably a brother of somebody) while making zero trades to better the team.

And then they hold a press conference where Blanks and Babby give politically correct answers, don't cut to the chase on important questions, and pretend they improved the club, but realize Nash signed elsewhere cause they didn't improve team.

Then Coro comes out with his 'Orange Slices' propaganda on cool, but useless tid-bits about the new Suns roster, but refuses to write how terrible the roster has gotten with no upgrades...

I wouldn't be pissed with Lamb, but they better acquire another pick too then!

If Drummond drops to #8-#12 teams, do you guys think we should trade up and get him?

^I think if Drummond somehow falls to #13 (he won't), you take him and trade Gortat to HOU for Patterson + #14, and Dudley to BOS for one of their picks. Complete rebuild, sign Felton for 2yrs...Draft Marshall if he's there, and PJones or whatever SG is there...go all out youth and throw a max deal at Eric Gordon or wait til next year and offer Harden one

Yes. I'm afraid of him but it would be worth it for such a low pick.

There's also no chance Waiters is there. I've honestly never seen anything like it - only thing it reminds me of is when Maggette got drafted way back and people salivated saying he could go #1 or #20 depending who you asked, and he dropped...to #13 :D

Interesting that he says moving Gortat if Nash leaves is a possibility that has been rumored around the League. :-?

Well I wanted the Suns to get Lamb in the draft about a month and a half ago so I can't really complain too much if we get him tonight, right?

At the point, I'm kinda hoping that the Suns draft PJ3 at #13 then acquire another pick and select Evan Fournier and call it a draft.

If they love him so much, they can acquire a 3rd 1st rounder and select Moultrie too if they want by trading Frye.

Wiretap : Cavaliers Exploring Drafting Waiters With No. 4 Pick

Read more: http://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/22 ... z1z4s8NavB

So, it seems like Waiters has impressed some people if a fringe top 15 guy is suddenly jumping all the way up to the 4th slot OR this is a smoke screen from Cleveland to make us or whoever promised Waiters to sweat a little bit.

With that said, if they want Waiters, please take him and let a better talent slip down to us, :D

Find Drummond.

Ha! Shows why not to trust nba.com analysts when it comes to draft related things.

Actually, don't trust them for anything!

Lamb would be a good pick for where we will be picking.

If the Suns take Leonard, Zeller or Moultrie however, **** gunna hit the fan here.

Chad Ford's latest mock draft 10.0

Phoenix

Jeremy Lamb
Position: SG
Height: 6-foot-5
Weight: 179 pounds
Age: 20
School: UConn

Analysis: The Suns need just about everything, so they can afford to take the best player available. But Lamb hits a sweet spot for them at the 2-guard position. They didn't think he'd be available here and he gives them length and shooting.

Trade Scenarios: It's been pretty quiet in Phoenix.

Suns' Big Board:
1. Dion Waiters
2. Austin Rivers
3. Jeremy Lamb
4. Kendall Marshall
5. Arnett Moultrie

How embrassing is it for the Suns to have him say "its been pretty quiet in Phoenix" regarding trade scenarios??

Uh...not very?

It's hard to be active on the trade market if you don't have any trade assets!
