I think you take the best player on the board and if Henson becomes really good, you can always deal the other guys. Defensive bigs always have value.

I'm not thrilled about moving up for him, but at 14, that sounds about right.

Barring a significant change of events, Bucks will choose between Rivers, Lamb and Ross.

Start Googling Terrence Ross highlights.

What happens if all three are off the board (doubtful)?

Now we need to hope and pray one of them falls.
I am rooting for this mock to go down:

Rivers or Lamb would be great. Ross, not feeling it. I just don't see starter in his future.

My most optimistic projection for Ross remains Eddie Jones.

Ross actually slightly outproduced Jones at a younger age in college, but I think they have similar skillsets. He brings athleticism, shooting, and defense, but is lacking in the areas of getting to the basket and creating for others. As a floor spacing athlete on a fast paced team (that wants to defend), I think he's a good fit. But I'd agree I don't see any star ceiling.

If it's between those three, my order is Lamb, Rivers then Ross. I think Ross is the most likely guy to be left though.

If we end up picking a big w/ 14, I hope we get Jared Cunningham in the 2nd, he seems like a pretty good player w/ some upside.

Not I. I'll be peeved if Drummond goes 10 and no attempt is made to get him. Also, I feel Lamb is a better prospect than Ross, so seeing Lamb go 13 would be annoying.

They also have Terrence Jones falling completely out of the first round!

Sounds great. Glad that's who the Bucks are looking at. But all three could be gone by 14.

Too bad Rivers will be gone. Lamb likely gone too.

Would rather Lamb over Ross, but I'll still be happy with Ross.

Good news as long as it's not Rivers. I'd rather have Leonard than Rivers.

I haven't seen a lot of Ross, but from what I have read about him he sounds like the type of wing that I really like. A guy who can knock down open shots and is more than willing to be a very good defensive player.

I'd rather have guys like that and pay them 6-8 million a year than have a guy like Rudy Gay or Danny Granger and pay them 12-16 million a year. You obviously need stars and Gay/Granger are the second tier type of guys... but you aren't going anywhere with them as your main perimeter threat anyways.

If you can space the floor and create a little bit of your own offense, while being a good/great defender... then IMO, you are insanely valuable at the 2/3.

I don't think Eddie Jones quite had the hops Ross has, but he was a smoother and more instinctive player. Longer limbed with bigger hands. Nice court sense. Lots of steals, not a lot of TOs. I don't think Ross is as close to Jones as the PTS-REBS-AST suggest. Even if you just add BLK-STL-TO, the gap starts widening pretty quickly. The Temple team Jones played on as a sophomore was really good, too -- lost to the Fab Five in the Elite 8.

I don't think Ross will be an elite defender, his length is not that great. I don't think he's an elite athlete. He just plays so stiff to me. He's just a bench player to me.

Eddie Jones was a pretty insane defender. I haven't seen much regarding Ross's defense.

Couldn't Eddie Jones create off the bounce too? Eddie Jones was pretty damn good for a while, if I recall.

Ross is a very good, steady defender.
