Yeah, if that goes through, I'm assuming we'd end up with Terrence Jones.

Well, if Terrence Ross is the one they've been after (Hammond&Co), then being reluctant to part with 12 to a team who's going to take him makes sense.

Andys on a bigger contract for 3 seasons as opposed to 1 w/ Dal.

Unless we could've dumped Gooden on them, why do it? Also lose out on having a 1st altogether...

Listening to Woelfel this morning on WSSP just confirmed my fears. He said they have such an investment in Gooden that by acquiring Dalembert this allows them to move Gooden back to PF and makes it much easier to now give Ersan sort of a take it or leave it offer.

Woelfel is all aboard the 8th seed train. He was quite jolly this morning.

Not sure how he may really feel but at this point it takes a helluva lot less energy to just accept the inevitable with this team and try to make the best of it. Until Kohl and Skiles are gone, it's all about the playoffs at any cost. Just the way it is.

The best of it and the worst of it are so similar. It's like a lottery that wins 80% of the time and the jackpot is a dollar.

It still blows my mind that nobody in the media will take the Bucks to task for simply making the playoffs a goal in a league where MORE THAN HALF OF THE TEAMS MAKE THE PLAYOFFS. We're really hoping to pull straight D's this year.

It's still going to be a very combustible situation next year pending any major moves this evening or in the Summer. All it really takes is 1 crappy road trip in November next year for things to fall into (proper) place. We know there was at least a very short period this past season where someone in management was at least contemplating the idea of rebuilding.

hmmmm until Kohl and Skiles are gone, I noticed someone was absent from your equasion. Skiles is gone after this season no matter what he has no desire to be here this year, much less the future. What about your boy Johnny, anything go to change his short time here?

They all need to go but if you asked me to rank who's driving the "Make The Playoffs At All Costs" train it's definitely Kohl and Skiles at the front. Hammond might just be along for the ride at this point.

Yep. It's sad the way everyone falls in line with the 8th seed agenda. And the media just laughs it off anytime a fan says they actually expect more out of the Bucks.

I remember for years you hated the idea of blowing it up and rebuilding and were fully on board the win while rebuilding plan. You hated the idea of losing and thought winning would be nice. Are you now defending Hammond because he might be a blow it up and rebuild guy?

They would both be gone if Herbie was down with doing buy outs, just didn't want to pony up.
