Besides PJ Tucker, the last time we didn't draft an international player in the 2nd round was 2000.

I remember two years ago when people wanted to tank for two years to get Kyrie at #1 in 2011, then Drummond at #1 in 2012. Now, fast forward, we pass up on Drummond for Terrence Ross. ****. Still bitter about that.
