There was an article on ESPN that LeBron didn't really seek any mentorship when he first entered the league, so I'm not sure where LeBron getting help from Magic and Larry came from. He did get help from Hakeem last year to work on his post game. But he said he wanted to learn things on his own...

He's just making stuff up. LeBron has talked to Magic and Larry, but he doesn't get mentorship from them. As you said, he actually learned post moves from Hakeem.

Im getting a strong were drafting Rivers vibe and have had it for awhile. Pretty much
goes with everything that Colangelo likes in a prospect. Im fully confident that hes our guy if...

Davis
Beal
Robinson
Barnes
Lillard
Waiters
MKG

Are off the board...

While it would be close I still think he takes Rivers over Drummond

Even Rivers would've been better than Ross.

You definitely should. He's a better player than Rivers and watching the clips you can see how moronic the comparisons are to Sunny Weems.

No, he's not better than Rivers. He's a SF with a 6-7 wingspan lol. All he does is spot-up and the highlight reel dunk. At least Rivers is a dynamic scorer.

He's not a small forward. He's a 2 guard just like Rivers who happens to have the wingspan. By "dynamic" do you mean a scorer with an atrocious shot selection despite being the son of an NBA coach? Is there a single fact of the game you can say he's better at than Ross other than handling the ball? Probably not. Oh wait. He gives a great interview!

He's a tweener between SG/SF. But Rivers is a better shot-creator, more potential to become a better passer, and can score the ball in a variety of ways something you want from your SG. All Ross does is spot-up.

I don't really see the potential for him to become a good passer. His b-ball IQ seems too low right now. Ah well, I guess it's a moot point now since we didn't draft him.

lol, he averaged more turnovers than assists, his IQ is horrible. Rivers would have been a late first round prospect if it wasn't for his last name. Ross is clearly the much more talented player, better size, better shooting, more athletic, there is no comparison.

Rivers is not better than ROss. He can create shots for himself, but he doesnt play defence rebound play off the ball or pass. I guess his ego and swag make up for that
