So Texas State used to be called Southwest Texas State University when Foster went there? That's way different than your comparison of IPFW and ISU because these Universities have no affiliation. From your quote Texas State and Southwest Texas State is the same college, that had a name change. Your analogy is invalid.
Just because Plumlee went to Duke means nothing. I'm not ususally too hung up on stats, but I am having a difficult time with 6 pts & 7 rbs. My fear is that if he can't crack the lineup at Duke, how is he going to do it for a contender in the NBA?
