these are exactly the kinds of posts that have kept me away from RealGM, and the myriad of i play video games therefor i am qualified to present workable trade ideas posts.

you honestly believe that anyone that considers them self a basketball fan hasn't seen North Carolina play in the last 2 years? and top ten point guard in the near future really? so he's going to surpass or equal any of these guys in no particular order any time soon.. Rose, Paul, D.Williams, Westbrook, Rondo, Irving, Parker, Wall, Rubio, Lin or Jennings? that's 11 right there that he has not chance at being better than, then there's another group that include Lowry, Dragic,Law,Bledsoe, Holliday etc tht he probably wont be as good as, simply because he doesn't have the physical tools.

He's most likley a journeyman nba player for his career and not a cornerstone to rebuilding, and the front office played it safe when there was no benefit in playing it safe, we aren't protecting anything we have established here, might as well swing for the fences and if you miss, you at least get a better pick next year and hope not to blow it again.

Well what did you expect Lance Blanks came from Cleveland and he did nothing there and now he is getting his chance to prove himself . But lets be honest he is a yes man that is controlled by Sarver and Sarver has put in place a structure where what he wants reigns supreme over these peoples opinions which are irrelevant because he believes he can run this team like his bank. The proof he could have hired a very good gm and instead he restructured the position with two guys instead of one and neither one has a lick of experience as far as being a gm. The Suns future is uncertain and the reason fans believe it will be bleak is because we have an idiot for an owner and a structure that has no business being used and will only result in mediocrity . The Suns need a legitimate front office not this farce that sarver has put in place and is trying to pass of as. Now drafting Kendall Marshall is a safe pick and i have not seen him play but i choose to wait until a season has passed before i pass judgement on a player . What I don't like is that if your rebuilding you need to do everything to get another pick in the draft to help the process . The Suns front office decided to do nothing but the one pick and its hard to believe that they could have bought another pick but Sarver didn't want to. Remember when blanks speaks where hearing sarvers plan for the Suns not Lance Blanks plan which is why you can't help be pessimistic when it comes to this teams future.

I was gonna respond seriously until I saw that you consider Jennings is now a top PG candidate? Get off of 2K and realize money is the only thing on that kid's mind.. I didn't know shooting under 40% for your career when you're supposed to be a scorer and almost having a 2:1 assist/turnover ratio on a bad team is now top notch. Maybe I need to adjust my standards of "top PG"

Do I think Marshall can be better than that? Yes, because as I stated before floor vision cannot be taught. You know who was a great PG who never possessed true athleticism or elite defense? Andre Miller, and he was still a top 10 Pg through the prime of his career because he could create with the best of them.

And notice I said in the future, his faults at this moment in time outside of athleticism can be developed with time.
