Love this trade. By the way, we keep JJ. JRich can go though. Only left to do just move Hedo for nothing in return and we have enough cap space in 2013 to sign 2 max guys if we want.

The Lakers are looking to move Gasol for cap relief. They're not going to take back guys like Turkoglu or Scola. If a trade is made, it will be Bynum for Howard at close to straight up. With the situation the Magic are in and how crazy/immature Howard is acting(I know Bynum isn't a saint in that department), Howard's trade value is about on par with Bynum's. If the Magic aren't willing to do that, then they can trade him to HOU for cap relief(Kevin Martin's expiring), Lowry and prospects. Their decision.

Next season, if he is waived he only counts $1.5M on the books. I'd rather just keep him another year and trade our other bad contracts... one of JRich or Davis... we can Stretch one but not both.
