i think a trade with the 76ers and nets would be more like this.

Magic get: Moultrie, Harkless, Nets 1st, rockets 1st, Brooks.

76ers get: Jason Richardson, Morrow, Rhyno, BBD

nets get: Dwight, Iggy, Duhon, Q richardson.

dont ask if that works cap wise but it looks nice especially for us. we get 3 younger players and 2 1st round picks.

I don't like that trade for us first of all

no players who will be difference makers, and 2 middle of the 1st rd picks?

Also, the nets get Dwight, Iggy for only Morrow/Brooks/1st????? Are you a Nets fan??

i'd love to have a team like the nuggets too..except the nuggets players have already shown they are near all-star level (lawson, gallinari) or solid (chandler, faried)

those guys havent played a minute in the league yet i would much much rather trade with the rockets

Time is on the Magics side. They can afford to keep Dwight all year and just use his $20 million in cap space to get other players plus a possible great draft pick from possibly tanking all year without Dwight. Just keep him on the bench.

Thus, if team know that, they will try to improve their offer just for the chance of landing a top 5 player.

teams wont consider the best center in the league? i want some of what you are smoking... bro, the warriors have filled out their roster with STARTER level players at every position, and a solid bench too... and they are still willing to part with some of that for a dwight rental... teams will always be interested

I think its a great trade for all teams, Houston replaces lowry and then gets an expiring contract in brand. Magic Get some great young pieces to rebuild

All this trade talk, and I have to ask: Anybody heard anything on whether or not Dwight could pass an NBA physical? Or is it assumed that the one-year-rental suitors would take him under any medical conditions? Would the Nets do that? Could the Magic watch a trade fall apart because he can't pass a physical?

Right. Because nobody wants to shuffle their roster to add the best center in the league. Wait, what?

It probably doesn't drag on, but there's no reason to rush it. Take our tie, get the best deal we can, maybe get a coach on board first. Patience pays off in this situation.
