I enjoyed some of his clutch moments for the team, and also his 6 all stars, just throwing some love in there

I agree his consistency and professionalism was incredible! He reminds me of Steve Smith! Great job Joe!

It's been nothing but drama since we acquired Joe Johnson. The ownership had issues, Billy Knight was terrible, but I enjoyed watching Joe Johnson for the most part. At times Woodson ran him in the ground, so he was a work horse for us, and I wish him the best with Brooklyn.

Joe,

Thank you for the clutch shots.
Thank you for the killer crossovers.
Thank you for the 30+ minutes per game.
Thank you for all those years leading the Hawks.

Joe your jersey is hanging on my wall, and even my xbox live avatar is wearing your jersey. you are my favorite player since Nique. You will be missed and I hope you have tons of success in your new team. the year you helped take us from one of the most disrespected teams in the NBA to taking the Celtics to game 7 is one of the best basketball memories I have ever had, and the time you broke Leon Powes ankle's is easily my favorite moment in basketball history. For real, thanks for giving us Hawks fans something to cheer for again

Ahhh man! To not see that #2 in the starting lineup is going to suck. Hope we have a strong team when his contract is up and he wouldn't mind ring chasing..

6 time all star.
Leading scorer in 6 straight seasons.
Best wing defender on the team.

Good guy.
Solid ball player.

You'll be missed, but I know you're going to a better place. And you and D-Williams are now the single best backcourt in the NBA. I hope you dethrone the Celtics, the Heat and OKC next year, bud.

My all time favorite Hawks:

1. Dikembe Mutombo
2. AL Horford
3. Steve Smith
4. Joe Johnson
5. Rasheed Wallace

Greatest starting 5 in the history of mankind. :)

I've railed against Joe countless times, but I definitely pay my respects for his game and what he brought to the team.
