Cold play he is next level!

I don't think Biyombo even knows coldplay is a band. I think he just had one of his first concert experiences. lol

He's putting in work no doubt, it will be interesting to see how much he has improved.

Summer League will be great for him.

Guesses for his average next year?

I'm hoping for something like that..but he may need another year as sad as that sounds.

9.5 pts 8 rebs, 2blocks

I think year three is when we will see bigger jumps in his game. Still, I expect visible improvement this year.

more than anything i want to see biz improve these areas for next season.

1) defensive positioning - blocks are great, help defense is great, but being in the right place to cut off penetration, learning when and where to rotate, those are the things that will determine of biz becomes and elite defender

2) offensive rebounding - his defensive rebounding was decent, not great but decent, but his offensive rebounding was basically non-existent.

3) free throw shooting - if he cant get his ft shooting above 50% it could be a sign that he just flat-out cant shoot. that would be discouraging. his form actually looks half-decent. i always felt he just need the reps. he is certainly getting reps this summer. therefore we should expect some improvement.

4) catching - sounds basic enough and for 99% of NBA players its a complete afterthought. nobody is going to pass biz the ball if he drop 25% of the passes.

With the hiring of Dunlap and a official off season, Bismack should be a different player than he was last season. This past season was an abomination. I probably won't judge Bismack and the front office's decision to draft him until year 3 or 4. I would however like to see him work with Hakeem to work on a post game. It might not be in his nature to be good offensively but if he can work on posting up players and developing counter moves down low, it would definitely help him.

7.5ppg, 8.0rpg, 2.3bpg. We aren't going to see anything really great until year 3 or 4.

1) he really shows on pick and rolls and still gets back... he may just try to do too mcuh sometimes, which is ok with me, once he gets pait with decent interior defender, him helping too much might correct itself (lack of such need, buddy as a safety)

4) they worked on that with Werdann, actually it is only thing I heard they were doing, so it is known issue at least; and he got passes as the season continued, especially Henderson wasn't affraid to throw him the ball for open path to basket

Hakeem reached out to wanting to mentor Ibaka. I really hope he does the same with Biyombo.

This guy is becoming more and more likable. He has that charisma about him. That and he seem to like being a bobcats, active in the community, and happy in general.

Also, his English and interview skill improved alot. He's saying all the right things.
