Of course I agree that elections should really be decided by the issues and not things like celebrity endorsements. But what is the difference between "pandering" and "telling your opinion?" The number of people who are watching? How many people have to be watching before it becomes unethical? If a politician(who is also a celebrity) makes a TV ad endorsing himself is that wrong?
Btw,I have no idea what kind of person Griffith was and I don't care to tell the truth, I'm more interested in the idea of celebrity endorsements being wrong.
