He's gonna be pissed when he realizes Aaron Nelson doesn't do house calls. Nash will only play 60 games in his next 3 seasons.

Big props to your organization.
Appreciate the gesture. Ignore the angry mob, they only have pitchforks and torches

Congrats Nash u now join the scum of the earth.
I'm quoting this on other forums so they can laugh at it.
I guess you think Nash should have just taken the insulting 6m a year figure the Suns were offering him.
Hilarious.

I appreciate the gesture but all of it stems from misunderstanding. We absolutely loathe our owner, and it feels like our team is heading towards even more years of mediocrity.. We also felt we could have squeezed a little more out of you (maybe asking you to take on one of our bad contracts). Nothing personal.
You have unintentionally rubbed salt on our wounds. Still, thanks though.

You have to admit though even with all the hate for Sarver that so far the front office is looking good this offseason.
They signed Dragic and Beas while drafting a backup PG (at least for now) and got 4 future picks while at the same time helping Nash go where he wanted to go. As soon as the Hornets match I can breathe a sigh of relief. Next offseason we should be poised to draft a big time young stud and sign a major free agent - for me Gordon is not that guy. Yes he is young but has already had a knee injury and is supposedly a sour puss and despite his scoring ability he is undersized and not a great defender against larger guards.

For what it's worth, I'm glad Nash is finally on a team that won't lowball him with excuses to mask it's inability and/or reluctance to spend and go after who they must to break through the good to elite barrier.
It's just too bad it had to be the Lakers

1. I hate to see Nash go to the Lakers, but if it is what HE wanted? Then I'm glad it happened. Nash is one of the last "good guys" in pro sports and he deserves to be happy.
2. This works out for both teams. The Suns finally admit that we need to rebuild and we get 4 draft picks for Nash. The Lakers reload for two or three more title runs.
My personal opinion is that Nash is done. He lost a bit of a step in 2010-2011 and I thought he fell off a cliff in 2011-2012. I think Nash on the Lakers actually makes them weaker.

I just don't get it 90%, of the suns fans on this board wanted nash gone. Not only that but most of them doubted we could even get a mid 1st round pick for him for the last 2 years. You cant have your cake......
Go get those rings steve. Your loyalty and perseverance thorough this organizations hiccups have been rewarded.
