A return to Boston isn't out of the question for Ray Allen, but sources believe he's leaning toward Miami. He's meeting with the Heat today.

If Boston is offering more money(they are), and they throw in a trade kicker or even a no trade clause, and he still signs here. Then Ray must've taken that potential trade to the Grizzlies and his demotion real hard.

I think it has to do more with his beef with Rondo. It has been reported that Rondo and him bumped heads a lot and Rondo was the one that wanted Bradley to replace Allen as a starter.

Boston is pushing really hard. Offering double the money we are offering, a no trade clause in his contract.... his wife has a reality show in Boston.... he gets to go back to his team.....

The amount of butthurt on the GB if Ray signs here despite being offered double money and a trade kicker is going to be hilarious I ain't even mad, Ray. Do what you gotta do, no one can get mad at him for taking that offer. But if he turned down the clippers (who clearly weren't going to trade him), it must not all be about money to him. That's got to be a good sign, right?
