No pass Bass is staying in Boston, another 3 year deal for them. Who's the free agent list in three years? How far are they thinking ahead?

I think that with the new CBA the teams will be more prudent before offering long-term contracts (4 or more years) to everyone.

If the Magic don't trade him to the Nets it makes the Magic look bad to other free agents. That being said ship him to the worst team in the west for anything.

Maybe they did, and they made up. They are probably not as close as they used to be, but not on bad terms. Jameer seems to be a grown-a** man so he could probably be a professional if Dwight did end up here.

This is what I was thinking as well. If they don't comply with Dwight's request, they'll look bad to the players for a long time. If they do comply with Dwight's request, they'll be horrible for a long time. Either way, we lose.

I think that is way over emphasized most of the time. Most players seem to get the fact that Dwight is acting like a petulant child in this situation.

Post some of his comments, but I think Rudolph has an agenda. As soon as the Nash trade happened he was spewing how that works against a trade the LA and all, which falls right in line with Dwight and his Brooklyn-only stance. I expect him to feed that fan base a bunch of hope that the BK deal will still go down and that's what Dwight wants, which will get picked up by the media and be all over the news later to discourage LA from coming for him.
