I'm prepared for whatever at this point... I believe Dwight will be traded soon imo

Besides Bynum's attitude and injury concerns, acquiring him would eat up our cap space instantly. We would essentially have the same as last year but with a lesser version of Dwight and minus Anderson.

We would have a mid range pick year in, year out.

In 2013 cap space is nearly nothing at 51 million and that is after waiving JJ, Anderson, Hedo, and Duhon.

It's the wrong move, a move that can go sour in so many ways. NO DEAL!

My preference deals was either OKC or Houston at my top choice. Then NYK and Lakers, About Nets deal is just another late april fool.

I think you are wrong, matty, we will have more cap space, besides Jrich or Hedo (6M each, assuming Hedo would be waived if not traded) would be gone if D12 is traded.

Hedo 12
Nelson 6?
BBD 6.4
Jrich 6.2
Duhon 3.5
Q 2.8
Harper 1.1
Nicholson 1.1
Bynum 17.3 (16.1 + 7.5%)
Total: 56.4

Then you can reduce at least 2M (Duhon), 6M (Hedo) , we can cut Harper and +6M (Hedo or Jrich traded).

I agree. And people mention MWP being a head case, when Bynum is also a bit of a head case himself. With shaky knees to boot.

And what exactly is this OKC deal that you speak of? Thats just a fantasy proposed deal. Either way, theres no way we'd be better of with the OKC deal either. No certainty that Harden is a superstar, And if he's extended he'll likely make around the max salary. Add to that Perkins and Ibaka's deal. Just almost the same as Bynum's salary.

Extended Bynum-19
Waived Hedo-6
Glen Davis-6.4
J Rich-6.2
Nelson-6
Waived Duhon-1.5
Q-3
Nicholson/O'Quinn-3

That's your team in 2013 at 51 million plus cap holds. Only 7 players signed.

If Lakers are the team we are dealing with they have no way to take back any salary like JRich or Hedo. They might take back Duhon.

Seriously guys, don't sleep on Ebanks. If we can get him included with Bynum and trade for Dwight/JRich, take the deal and move on.

I am not concerned about the cap stuff now when more moves can still be made.

I'm not a fan of Dwight at all anymore but let us not say things that we cannot take back. Bynum being an upgrade over Dwight is a stretch.

Then later we could sign either Ellis or Iggy or both?

Ellis/JJ
Rubio? Nelson/Westbrook/Ish

Maybe if you keep saying it, you'll convince the TWolves that trading Rubio is a good idea. But I doubt it. We're not getting Rubio, that's obviously some fantasy that you came up with but there is no way it happens.

A third team must be involved otherwise i don't see how we would be able to have a good future.

The Dwight trade must land us Bynum and provide some cap relief/young talent.

The lakers probably won't have the cap to absorv all of our bad contracts and I surely don't want anyone besides Bynum from them.

Time for Rob to show his talents.
