He's the best center in the league... his value doesn't go down.

his value has gone down somewhat everytime he opens his mouth. Blackmail, only brooklyn, no extension. This doesnt bring more teams to the negotiating table

And what'd we do after all that? We waited. And what happened? The biggest threat at signing Dwight next summer took themselves out of the game and his value skyrocketed.

Rudolph is like the annoying kid nobody in school wants to hang around with, so he immediately wants to be involved with the cool kid in school so everyone else will like him...it ain't working.

I just wonder how many reporters and friends are getting kickbacks or money on the side to report or say pro nets/lakers Dwight wants this or that propaganda from teams or sponsors (addidas). I mean, if there is a couple 100mil on the line for whichever team gets him, then there is money to be spent via Lobbyists to sway people to say certain things or push people to believe propaganda.

Rudolph needs to stop. He is not helping Dwight look any better so he should just report possible transactions and leave Dwight's one sided feelings out of this. We don't really care about Dwight's feelings anymore. We just want to move on and rebuild or reload.

Official Speculation Thread (Pt. XXXIII Off-Season Edition)

Post#168 » by MagicTownBaller » Sat Jul 7, 2012 4:33 pm

The way some are speaking about Dwight on Twitter (Rudolph included) makes me think that a trade is REALLY close. They're not saying its close, but they're ranting about not blaming Dwight about Orlando's situation.

Also, I hate to say it, but what Rudolph is saying makes sense. I'm a huge Magic fan and it's very upsetting that haven't even signed one player (Other then re-signing Jameer). We've only been linked to one player also and that's Devin Ebanks. It's not the Dwight drama that's causing us to not sign any meaningful players. We barely signed any meaningful players or made meaningful trades when Otis Smith was here either. It's just time to just rip the bandaid off with Dwight and just start new. Trade him and hope Rob can change the culture here in Orlando for the better. If things don't change, then there's a problem with DeVo's hiring too many people that are similar.
Not changing this Sig until the Orlando Magic win a championship (Technically Started 1-30-08)

What is wrong with what Rudolph said? The Magic are screwed for the foreseeable future and Dwight knows this.... Expecting Dwight to waste another year or two in his prime just for us to clean up our mess in hopes someone signs with us is a joke.

When a source says something you like, they're the best. When that source says something negative, they're the biggest moron ever. Don't forget J.Rudolph broke the ETO waiver story. He's not as futile as you all make him out to be.

his value hasnt skyrocketed, hence why no one else is stepping up to the table with good offers.

Unless you count signing / trading for Rashard, Bass, Rafer, Vince, Ryno, Hedo, JRich, Clark, or BBD.

Look, I am definitely not saying they all worked out - some did, some didn't - but to say we made no moves to try and improve the team during Dwight's career here is blatantly false.

Rob knows Dwight is gone so whats the point of making trades for players to put around Dwight when Dwight said the relationship between the Magic and Dwight is unrepairable?

Also Rudolph could care less about the Magic, his only connection is Dwight of course he would never say anything negative about Dwight.

If he wasn't biased he would also add to his tweets that Dwight did a moronic move in waiving is early termination and speaking about loyalty.

There is a lot of things that wrong with what he said. He says La and Bkl can give him better situations to win. What? Why he does not want to go to LA? What about Chicago? SA? OKC? Miami?
Nah, he wants Brooklyn and only Brooklyn. It's not about winning. It's about market place that has his buddy Deron. He acting like inpatient kid that flip flops and can't decide whether he wants a skittles or m&m's. Orlando is like top 3 in wins in last 5 years. He needs to shut up, go practice some free throws so we would win more games in play offs. Go recruit people for your team for 2013 and he will have all he wants. Rudolph is talking non-sense. He's is losing his patience due to lack of information. Shut up if you have nothing to report.

What was inaccurate? The other elite teams we competed against (LAL,BOS) stayed Championship caliber while having tons of trade assets (Bynum, Pau, Rondo, Odom)...

We on the other hand, fell from elite-ness and have no tradable assets to make a big splash... Meanwhile, teams like NJ, NY & LAC were competent enough to have a plan and are a force to be reckoned with.... heck even ATL is in position for a bright future... Meanwhile Dwight is litterly the one thing on this team sepetaring us from Playoff team and Lottery team. No other team has a single player that makes such a disparity... It's a joke what this F.O has done with our team.

Oh come on, bro.

To say "How can anyone be bad at Dwight?" is just a dumb statement. He then has a press conference and talks about how "loyal" he is and that he can't leave Orlando behind. AND NOW he wants out again. We have a right to be upset.

I don't necessarily blame Dwight for wanting out, he's just handled this horribly. He makes LeBron look like a damn saint.
