You guys HAVE to understand this....Henny has no choice in this. He is being forced to trade dwight to the nets...cuz we are getting low balled by everyone else..bynum not wanting to sign extention causes him to have to take nets deal...i think his hands are tighted in this matter...he has no choice

If this goes down, it's not the fact that we get Lopez in return that irks me, it's that fact that Dwight screwed us so badly into a corner and winds up getting exactly what he wanted in the end.

And that is the issude...NETS are giving us all that...even tho the deal still sucks BIG TIME FOR US

The Magic don't dump any bad deals with this trade. Lopez is BYC so trading Humphries to a third team would just open up enough room for the Nets to take Dwight, not Turkoglu or Richardson.

What I will find hilarious is if we do this deal and Stern kills it, LOL!

Yeah, that's what he's saying:

this sounds like a whopper of a deal. 11 players in total. Complicated to say the least. ‪#magic‬ ‪#nets‬

We have to give it time. Even after this deal we will be far from done. Lopez even on a max contract will still be very tradable. Over the last year we have seen Nene and Okafor dealt. Lopez is only 24 years old. We would have him locked into a contract and can trade him at any point we want out.

Def the worst part. So sick what the NBA allows to happen. The teams get screwed so that players can do whatever they want and big market teams get everything they want for nothing. So sad

David Aldridge ‏@daldridgetnt
Cavs will need more than just Humphries from Brooklyn to give away those picks to Orlando. But Nets have to give their picks to Magic, too.

I'd like to think you're right. But I think LA has no reason to be concerned. They're a Finals contender now with Bynum. If the Magic come knocking, they win. If the Magic don't, they still win. They're fine where they're at.

Totally disagree.
Nash still isn't Westbrook.
Kobe just ain't as good as Durant is now.
They need a defensive presence to cement their standing as a favorite.
If anything, they are a worse defensive team after signing Nash.

Dwight will be 1,000 times worse than Shaq. He has single handily ruined this franchise fo many years to come with blatant disregard for us fans that he claims to love.

@JasonLloydABJ: #Cavs fans can relax. I've been told the Nets are "reaching out wildly" to everyone with cap room .

^Cavs beat writer.
