Depends who gets Dwight?

LA gets Dwight and Houston gets Bynum and Magic get draft picks + cap relief

What is the max Lopez can get? Even a 1 year rental of Bynum who will undoubtedly sign an extension due to his injury history is a much better option than being stuck paying a MAX contract for 4 years to Lopez and some late picks

Spoke w/ source who tells me Nets deal WON'T happen. Teams lining up w/ offers featuring cap relief/picks, which Hennigan wanted all along.

Magic would get the raps guaranteed lottery pick and a pick from houston. Those 2 picks are much better than 4 LATE PICKS

Bynum doesn't want to be viewed as 2nd fiddle. Needs courting & reassurance, which ‪#Magic‬ can't do b/c of tampering allegations from others.

Same as Hibbert 4/58, but I don't think he gets that.

And no the comparison should be....

Orlando gets:
Lopez, Brooks, 2-3 #1, Massive TPE, Rights to foreign players
for
Dwight, J.Rich, Q.Rich, Duhon

or

Bynum, MWP
for
Dwight, J.Rich

3 things hurt LA right now

1. They have no picks
2. They say they will not take on bad contracts
3. Bynum's refusal to commit or extend

2 things hurt BK right now
1. Orlando doesn't want to grant Dwight his wish
2. They aren't enamored with Lopez

Houston seems like a grand slam for Orlando - they have so many picks/assets and can take on salary while dealing expirings

Orlando leaking rumors about a Nets' deal, getting offers to lineup? Shocking...Listen, Dwight's not going to happen...

2nd fiddle to who on the Magic? He'd be clear #1 option.

I really really hate Orlando. Are you really going to keep leaking rumors?

I'm beginning to think these rental deals are completely fabricated by Orlando. They don't sound rational to me at all. What team would so something like that?

yep.

Magic are dumb. Bynum will most definitely re-sign with the Magic, considering his history. Can they not pay him the most ?

If not, its fine because having cap space is A LOT more valuable than maxing out Lopez for 4 years.

Could be the Nets leaking rumors...again. They did the same thing during the Melo-drama.
