Now THAT would call for a Hennigan statue. It'd be classic shipping Dwight off to that tundra after the way he's treated us.

I blame it on USA basketball... wade, bosh, lebron, dwight, deron and now love. They get an opportunity to dominate together in the olympics and then want it to become a reality in the nba, too.

I really do blame it on the Olympic squad as well. These guys would never get to be friends otherwise.

Yeah see, that's the stuff that may make me say I'm done. Dwight, Gordon, and now K Love. It's going to become a trend as soon as any player become a "star". Who is next, Kyrie Irving? John Wall? What a joke. The owner of the team should sue the player for damages for doing this mess while under contract. Probably no real case there, but it's ridiculous that it seems to be a trend forming.

It didn't have that effect on the 92 Dream Team, and they were far more dominant internationally because basketball outside the US hadn't caught up with us yet. I blame this big three, super-team crap on Lebron and Miami, and to a lesser extent, Boston from 2008.

Ring-chasing when those players were well outside their prime--and they were punished by the basketball gods for it, too, losing to Detroit in the finals. (The one and only time I have thanked Detroit for anything basketball-related.)

For the people that are saying Lopez wants to play for the Magic, he has been saying for the last couple years he wants to remain in NJ and now Brooklyn. This article was just 4 days ago.

well I would play in Utah if it meant that I could be in NBA..these kids are spoiled..NBA is a privilege, not a right. You think MJ would say no to Portland if they drafted him at No. 1 that year?

That would have made the Rockets very cross.
