Tentacles of Nets-Magic talks covering 14 players, 3 teams w/ possible 4th locking in to take MarShon Brooks to provide pick, sources tell Y

Hypothetical: Would you give the GSW '13 pick for Brooks?

Would it interest the Cavs?

He's terrible and has no point on this team.

He may be worth the GSW pick, but I would offer the Jazz pick first.

Why and the heck would you say he is terrible Jazzfan12? He made all rookie second team.

i would do that, he is nice shooter good defender, has great length so he can play multiple positions, ready to contribute right away i think that would be fer deal even with our and gSW next year picks

He's not terrible but he's not great either. Plus, Jazz don't need another young player at the wing position when they already have a better prospect who needs more minutes in Burks. I'd rather keep the pick and have more flexibility going into the next summer.

He had a good rookie year and it is likely that either the GSW pick or the Jazz pick will be a player not as good as him. Is the issue is that the Jazz, now with Hayward playing SG, have excess SG with Burks as the back up.

The jazz really need to make a big splash to get an Allstar player trading away 3-4 of their young assets/picks to get their go to guy. These go to guys are hard to find and are rarely avaialble and often dont want to go to Utah.

Jazz have a lot of talent but remember only 5 players play at a time. Lets move some of our assets for our next superstar who ever that might be.
Top 4 seed in the West!!! Guaranteed!!!

He had an OK rookie year, but he's already 23, he's not going to get that much better...... I don't want him taking minutes away from Hayward and Burks......

And I don't think he's worth a potential lottery pick......

My favorite part is that his toe is still on the line when he jacks up the airball. He is OK, but we have plenty at the 2. No thanks.

i wouldn't mind giving up a jazz pick. i wouldn't give up the gsw pick though. too much invested in it to trade for another player in the same contract class as kanter and burks. he might be just what we need to back up marvin if murphy doesn't pan out. (cuz burks is backing up hayward at the 2)

This video made me laugh out load, not question about it. And to tell you the truth, That was even before you mentioned that his toe was still on the line.

Amazing.
