I still don't like the deal. Us signing Brook Lopez to a max deal may be the single dumbest thing we could do. Someone tell me if the Spurs or Thunder would do that....

Any D12 trade has to get us a lottery pick in return and some cap relief. If we got 1 lottery pick and sucked this year into getting us another, we could do what the Hornets did and get 2 lottery picks.

I'd be far more excited to see Noel + Shabazz than Lopez.

this could be a hang up point......one of the caveats of this alleged multi-player deal is that everyone has to sign off on it....that's a lot of players that has to agree to it.....not guaranteed everyone will

This would kill the deal.

I'm sure Dwight is shocked that Humphries won't take a 1-year deal in order to further Dwight's career, glory and preferences.

If we were getting back some guaranteed lotto picks, that's one thing. But if we're taking back firsts from the Nets and Clips, that's horrendous. Those are late 20s picks. Is Houston not willing to offer us anything? Are the Lakers really not willing to deal for Bynum straight up?
