Me neither. What rebuilding team wants a center that doesn't rebound on a max deal? I fear that he may become immovable.

VC wasn't the second best player in the nba though. Dwight is the difference between us being a top 4 team in the east and a lottery team.

Here is a trade scenario from the ClutchFans site posted by one of their senior members.

Would this trade be acceptable to you guys? I don't think Houston even requires Dwight to sign an extension.

Lets say that the Rockets trade:

(a) the Toronto pick
(b) the Dallas Pick
(c) the "Camby pick" (trading one of HOU's own picks is complicated given the fact that they traded away a lotto protected pick in 2013, will have to trade a "first available pick" to ORL, which most likely will not happen until 2014 but may be years later)
(d) two of the 2012 draft class
(e) Patrick Patterson
(f) Greg Smith
(g) Marcus Morris
(h) Kevin Martin
(i) Shaun Livingston

Rockets receive:

(a) Dwight Howard
(b) Hedo Turkoglu (but a Hedo deal will have to wait a while before Livingston can be packaged salary-wise)

Any takers?
