Where have you heard that about Parsons? It's not that we couldn't get Montejunas, it's that he can't be traded until August.

Doesn't Galante read here sometimes? It would be funny if he browsed through and printed a few pages and showed Henny. He would certainly have a nice laugh at it if he saw it.
Woj is the new Bucher. Shams is the new Woj. Espn is the new TMZ. The NBA is the new WWE.

The best hire Henny can do is make Mike Malone the next Head Coach of the Orlando Magic.

Or maybe Henny was dead serious about that trade & Galante showed him the pages & we saved his job :) hahaha

Hope not tho...

Hmm, maybe that is why he was laughing today during our summer league game when he kept looking at his cell phone and when his staff was talking to him as well...

They are probably laughing because of the master plan by the NBA to get Dwight to LA in the first place is working out. Get the fans so riled up about Brooklyn that they don't riot over losing possibly the 2nd best center of this generation to the Lakers. Well done. Applause. Pure genius.

TheMagicOne wrote:SO let me get this right, we are going to use Howard as a means to dump contracts and basically have nothing much to show for trading Howard except Cap Space? You have to be kidding me because the way the new CBA is set up if you are a team with cap space the ONLY way you get a free agent to sign with you in a small market is #1 if you have their bird rights or #2 you OVER PAY for the player.

Give me Bynum and I would take my chances resigning him. let him know you will build the team around him as the center piece. He is young enough to endure a couple seasons to build it up. Just give me Bynum and enough cap space to go after Ellis next summer.

I tend to agree. This 3 team deal needs to somehow get sweeter for us. If LA and Houston end up with the two top centers in the league we need more than future role players and mid range draft picks.

The moratorium is lifted tonight at 12:01am EST, which basically means teams can actually sign players at that time. All these rumored deals can become official. Offers can be given, offer sheets signed, matched, free agency, trades, etc.
