The best thing that's happened to the Nets in a long time.
Deron-JJ-Wallace-Teletovic-Lopez...that's a pretty good starting lineup.
Still kind of bummed that the D12 chase looks like it's over, lol.

No rebounds.

Houston gonna risk taking him on a one year loaner? Figured LA had a chance to convince him to stay, not so much Houston.
During the Wizards' rout, a heckler yelled at new Knick Steve Francis, "Hey Stevie, Where are you going next?" Francis turned to the fan and quipped, "To the bank."

Two things. The Lakers taking on J-Rich is a pretty big deal in this trade.
Also, Houston may be more inclined to take Bynum, because it has been reported that Bynum sees Houston as a possible destination during next year's free agency. So they would be getting a sure thing with Bynum compared to a possible rental in Howard. That being said, I don't see Dwight walking away from $30 mil to not play in Brooklyn so if he lands in Houston, I could see him staying there.

Forgot about Reggie Evans.. That was a really smart movetherealbig3 wrote:
Yeah, I know. Which is why we're going to be a middling playoff team at best. But at least we have Evans off the bench, and JJ and Wallace are both good rebounders at their positions. Hopefully, Lopez improves his rebounding and gets back to the 8-9 rpg mark. And maybe the Nets can go after someone like K-Mart. Who knows. Still a lot better than the last 5 years.
