Was this the only open contract offer Houston had? Only asking bc one of the rumored hold ups to a Dwight deal was Houston having to potentially wait 3 days for teams to match their offer sheets so they knew how much cap space was available.

well they kinda have to, some team is probably going to sign Brook to a max deal regardless.

The best deal for Orlando is to get an additonal lottery pick, shed cap space, develop their young players increasing their value, and tank. It would be nice to get two top 10 picks, hopefully one is top 3. Orlando needs to find a new franchise player in the draft because Bynum or Lopez are not and there isn't any free agents coming up in the next two years who franchise changing.
