That was a good interview and I liked what I heard. I just hope everything works out in the long run.

I have a lot of respect for Rob after listening to this. Alex sounds sold on him and the organization trusts him dearly. Nice man. Thanks

If Rob told everyone his plan and they are still wanting to be here, kudos to them for wanting to be part of something bigger than themselves and wanting to change the culture.

Dwight can kick rocks.

Yeah from that interview it sounds like there's 0 chance they're gonna take Bynum

It seems like a one horse race to me. I think Houston and Henny will spend the next couple days arguing over the value of a 1 year rental and then he'll be traded

Chris Broussard ‏@Chris_Brousard
The Nets have taken themselves out of the running for Dwight Howard, and are working on an extension for Brook Lopez, per league source.

I hope he is right

After listening to the interview, there's absolutely NO WAY we are getting Bynum. All he was saying is : We don't want a star player to carry us, but to build a team that compliments each other. HOUUUUUUUUSTOOOOOOOOOON LEGGOOOOOO (+mwp)

Thats what you took from the Interview? I just got that whether its a start player or a role player, they just want guys who really want to play here. Interesting prospective though!

Hopefully that excludes Lopez and his 12mill/year.

I understood that they don't want to rely on one player anymore, but want to build a team fits. Trading for Bynum = staying right where we are now.

RT @vgoodwill: Always thought the Dwight stuff would be resolved today. As one source said, "(Magic) could bring him back. Trading him isn't certain."

I hope today isn't just the day the Nets drop out but the day this things ends. The way it's going, we'll be checking twitter feeds till December 15th.
