Whether he turns out to be a good GM or not, my initial impression (putting emphasis on that, because initial impressions can be dead wrong) that one video gives me higher hopes for the long term with this organization than I've had in a while. He's well spoken. He thinks before he responds. And he doesn't seem to be easily pressured or shaken.

He seems to be leaps and bounds beyond Weisbrod and Smith.

Even Shaw and D12 are supposedly pretty close.
