Kaman would be perfect! Let's Big Al and Favors play PF. Milsap get some time at SF, and Kanter gets more playing time at Center backing up Kaman, then he would of got backing up Big Al.

Makes the Jazz deep, deep, deep, which is our most probable chance for success, since we seemingly can't sign/keep superstars.

Are you serious?

WTF? You say you want the jazz to make moves to make themselves better and here they are making moves and rumored to make some. Here you are complaining even more. What ideas do you have? Remember it takes two to tango, this isn't nba live.

Well I'm always throwing out Ideals but in any case there are more sensible options. To keep it short, we don't need another big especially one with all the problems Kaman has. We need another wing or two because ..... well you saw our wings last season especially in the playoffs and I want some insurance in case our new additions or current crop of wings are not where we need them to be.

Courtney Lee should be target #1, he's too perfect for what we need. Theres also gerald green, Marco Belinelli, jodie meeks, and some young guards like Bayless, Mills, or Brooks. Those guys could be nice cheap young potential rotation players that can contribute next year and in the future. I mean we can even take a older guy like Foye, Barbosa, or Haywards Mortal earemy Delonte West. Any of those guys would be better than Kaman.

I think we lose more games without him. We didnt have any consistent offense last season.
Al hit some very clutch shots at the end of many games from what I recall. If we had any consistent outside shooting and playmaking from the wings Corbin wouldnt have isolated Al so much. Corbin does not have any coaching reputation yet so needs to try and win now.

Without a true pass first PG our flex system is stagnant. We need a guy who can not only make the correct pass and set people up but we also need that guy to hit open shots. Our guys dont cut as hard when they are not getting the looks.

Did it work? In other words, did the Jazz exceed expectations last season with a "glut of bigs"?

The team should be the top priority, not an individual players desire for additional playing time. It helps the team to have an arsenal of bigs. If they want more playing time then they just need to outplay the guy ahead of them.

Why should Kanter get more playing time next season based on his apparent lack of progress of the summer?

That being said, if the Jazz could get Gerald Green, then I would prefer him over Kaman.
