lol @ the Nets in the ECF. You must be joking.

Some people here overrate Deron Williams. A healthy Dwyane Wade would always take you to the playoffs. A healthy Deron Williams can't move a bunch of scrubs to the 8th seed. This guy was a 40% scorer last season too. But ya the Nets are going to the ECF... not. Can Brooks even stay healthy?

Deron needed Dwight more than Dwight needed him. Joe Johnson is barely going to make them better, he plays unmotivated but he's paid so it's cool. I don't even know why they would slow the development of Marshon Brooks.

Not sure they're better than last seasons' Knicks. Probably not since there's no defense. But they aren't a threat. Pacers would sweep them.

Rondo is sick as hell but I can't see KG duplicate the way he played these playoffs. Paul and Jet are also a year older and on the decline. No size inside. Not worried about them.

Do you remember 2007? Wade averaged 25 pts but had no help and we finished 15 and 67. I'm not going to put the Nets not making the playoffs on Deron for the same reason I won't be that season on Wade. He's a top 5 pg in this league and you're silly if you think otherwise.

I also disagree with you about Joe. I think he's going to be a much better player as a 2nd or 3rd option than as the go-to. His stats may not show it but you will be able to see it. Without all the pressure of needing to drop 25 for the Hawks to have a chance to win, he can pick his spots and selectively be productive when needed. MarShon will still get his fair share of minutes at the 1 and the 2.

However, I agree with you that we don't really don't know how healthy Brook is or whether he can stay healthy. It goes without saying that he is a big piece to their success this season. I'd like to think that their doctors gave the word that he's fine if they just threw the guy 60 mil over 4 years lol.

That depends on who you consider a center. The better question is ... is Lopez a top 20 big man?

Dwight is not going there apparently.

I'm not scared of Johnson and Williams tandem.

ROFL LOPEZ? REALLY?

every year we kill them with our defense and offense. We have had some games where we played like ass but that's about it.

They aren't scary, CLOSE THIS THREAD! THEY SHOULD BE SCARED OF US lol
