I'm shocked Im saying this but Plumlee IS going to a rotation player in this league....no question about it. For me the jury is still out on Lance....just play a lil defense man....just a little thats all I want

^^ Good night from Plumlee vs. the Celtics. I agree, he could be a solid rotation guy in this league for a long time. He's tall and athletic, He'll soon get bulkier in time, his athleticism could diminish, but by that i think he would already have a solid post-up game and a Jeff Foster-like game on defense. Foster got a lengthy career not because he can score, but because he understands his role better than anybody else on the team.

Plumlee just dunked over 7 footer Fab Melo. Melo looked stunned -- didn't know what hit him.

18 points 8 rebounds 3 blocks for Plumlee today. Also no fouls. That's impressive.

Just wait 'til Plumlee gets in better shape. If the guy has a 40 inch vertical when he's out of shape, just imagine what he'll be when he's in better shape.

I wasn't real happy when we drafted Hansbough and it took me a long time to realize I was wrong. I also hated the Plumlee pick, although, it wasn't so much for picking him, the talent level is pretty thin at pick 26, but, for not trading the pick. Either for a Chris Kaman at the deadline, or on draft night. But, after seeing him in this summer league, I have been impressed. Hard worker. Good by the boards. Solid defender. Aggressive.

I've felt the same way in the past, but I've kind of grown to trust Larry's drafting judgement.

Aside from Shawne Williams, there's little to be upset with from our drafting standpoint in recent history.

What were you wrong about? Hansbrough was clearly not worth a lottery pick.

True. I guess what I meant was i never even expected Hansbough to be this good at this level. He has been a decent role player. However, i wanted Jrue Holiday badly that year. He would look great right now on this roster...
